Cane chalking and school punishments

While taking recently with one of my clients I have found myself being further educated in school punishments and associated rituals.

 

I guess we never stop learning!

 

I have been introduced to a new and fascinating concept – cane chalking.

 

Apparently, it has been a practice in some school for a headmaster/headmistress to chalk the end of a cane before applying it across a bottom of a miscreant.

 

Having looked the idea up, and I am not entirely convinced it was a real thing used a lot, a rarity, or a fantasy created by adult players. Apparently, however, such cane chalking could have been done for a variety of reasons (and no one seems to be able definitely confirm which one is correct)

 

Firstly, some say it was done so that person administering a caning over trousers can see where the strokes land to make sure they don’t overlap (or like others suggest to make sure they do overlap for added severity)

 

Secondly, some think the reason to chalk a cane was to leave the chalky marks on the garment ensuring that everyone knows the pupil has been caned.

 

Regardless of whether it was a real thing or not I find the idea fascinating. Especially the second explanation that ensures the visible marks stay on the trousers/skirt for everyone to see until the chalk slowly wears off. Not a type of fantasy that could be easily played out during a session but nevertheless quite a concept!

 

Anyone has any firm knowledge whether cane chalking was a real thing and why was it used?

Cage!

Newest addition. Cage. A lovely gift to add variety to my sessions.

I know some of you expressed interest in being locked in a cage during a session – so the opportunity is now here. The door can be safely padlocked to make sure you are not going anywhere without permission.

(I forgot to check the size of the cage, but for reference, the black tape on the wall behind the cage is 1m wide)

I’m not sure how often it will get used but should it prove popular I will probaby be looking to remove some of the bars to have better access to anyone locked inside.

 

PS. Please note tht the cage is available in my Newcastle Venue only.

PPS. If you would like it included in the session please tell me in advance. The cage will not permanently up. Although it is quick to assemble it still takes time that I’m sure you would rather spend playing.

New paddle to the collection

My lovely collection of wooden paddle has grown!

I received yet another paddle.

As you can see it is distinctly different from just about any wooden paddle you have probably seen or experienced.

I think it will make a good wooden paddle forthose who wish to venture and explore wooden paddles for the first time. It should also be ideal for all those of you that enjoy the idea of a wooden paddle punishment but are not quite ready for the big board. This paddle is reasonably thin and made of quite light wood. Obviously the gaps in it make it even lighter.

I am sure that my collection of wooden paddles is now ready to take care of all the possible preferences and tastes you might have.

Anyone would like to try them all to compare and to report on differences?

 

PS. The paddle is available in the Newcastle venue. In London I have a variety of other wooden paddles to use, both with and without holes.

 

Naughty prints and posters

I have recently been wanting to spruce up the place a bit with some suitable decorations. While I try to find a  suitable (and bigger) mirror I have decided to decorate the place with some naughty prints and posters. If you have been for a session recently you probably have seen them yourself!

In the school corner you can now find photos of a lovely collection of straps and tawses. I have had the pleasure of using the actual implements on the bottom of their owner (accompanied by some lovely ouchy noises). Although I can’t offer you a punishment with the exact toys, you will, of course, be able to find suitable substitutes on my rack with implements.

In the dungeon corner I have hanged some even more naughty black and white prints.

In the other corner of the dungeon there is now a poster that seems very fitting for certain type of sessions. You have been warned!

New dragon cane

Although I already have a selection of a few well trusted canes I found myself looking for something a bit thicker than my crooked handed dragon cane.

The effect of the search is this:

As you can see from the photo below it is not only slightly thicker but also couple of inches longer.

It is not significantly more severe that my old and trusted dragon cane but those who felt said it feels slightly different.

Although it has been put to some use already the new cane is still very much in need of being properly broken in! Any takers?

Bondage and restraints, anyone?

As the life time of my old set of cuffs was approaching its end I started looking for a new set. This time I wanted something of a much better quality.

After browsing quite a few websites I finally decided to get a set that I had a pleasure playing with in London.

5 cuffs (wrist cuffs, ankle cuffs and a matching collar) have now been added to my expanding collection of toys.

They are very robust and well made – so good news for all those of you who enjoy a little bit of a wriggle here and there. Inside, they are well padded for a snug fit. They can be comfortably used to restrain your hands above your head and force you onto your tiptoes if you are feeling adventurous and brave!

Buckles are lockable with a padlock which I can lead to some interesting play. If you want out – you will have to earn the key first.

Something tells me there is some memorable bondage about to happen in the near future…
